Shauna Wilson is dedicated to fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship, working closely with her clients to address their unique needs. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can heal, grow, and gain a deeper understanding of their experiences. Drawing from a variety of counseling theories, Shauna develops individualized treatment plans that incorporate holistic strategies and practical techniques to support each client's personal growth and well-being.

Shauna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2020 and completed her Master’s degree in Counseling at East Texas A&M University in 2024.

She has experience supporting clients dealing with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, parent-teen conflict, behavioral challenges, trauma, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ issues, and other significant life transitions.

Shauna works with children (8+), Teens, & Adults utilizing a variety of modalities in her work including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Mindfulness, & Trauma Informed/Focused Therapy.

Shauna will be taking Phase 1 training for Brainspotting in September 2026, and plans to incorporate it into her modalities to work with her clients.
